Where are you located?

We are located in Northridge. We commute to different place for CPR training.

What organization are you under?

We are under the American Heart Association (AHA). The AHA has specific guidelines that our team have to follow.

What programs to you offer and how do I know which one to choose?

We offer First Aid CPR/AED, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular (ACLS).

Ask your company/employer to find the CPR certifications you need.

When and how will I receive my certification?

Your certification will be available on the AHA ecard verification: https://ecards.heart.org/student/myecards within 3 business days. Please provide your full name and email for the instructor to have your card ordered.

What days and how long are the trainings?

We do not have set times. Please contact us to make an appointment or follow us on Instagram.

First Aid CPR/AED: 3-4 hours

Basic Life Support: 3-4 hours

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support: 4-5 hours

What is included in the course?

The course includes the certification card and a mini keychain.

Books are not included and optional, but reccomended for those that are taking the class the first time, or for those that are in the BLS and ACLS classes. These books can be purchased as an e-book or hardcopy+shipping.

Can I do the classes online?

Yes, you can do the class online for an additional price. However, to obtain the certification card, you will need to have the hands-on skill test, and an exam if applicable.

Can you travel to my company/location?

Yes, we can commute; however, there will be a travel fee depending on the miles.

Do I need previous experience before taking this class?

No, you do not need experience.
